On security, exception of the Colle on the powers of judicial police to the military

The only exception from the Quirinale regarding the new security decree concerns assigning judicial police duties to the military. Parliamentary sources indicate this is the main issue for the government to resolve after discussions between the Quirinale and Palazzo Chigi. Once this point is settled, the Quirinale is expected to approve the measure.
