Access to KSeF using a token will be extended. A certificate will also be introduced.

A new regulation from the Ministry of Finance will change access to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) starting January 1, 2027. The use of popular tokens will be extended indefinitely due to their popularity, remaining valid for up to 365 days. The regulation will also introduce a new access key, the KSeF certificate, which can be used by authorized taxpayers and entities for structured electronic invoices. Additionally, it will regulate collective identifiers, allowing multiple invoices from the same seller to be paid with a single transfer. The KSeF system has been operational since February 2022 for major VAT taxpayers and will continue without significant changes, with penalties for errors suspended until 2027.
