Drogerie Natura returns to Polish hands. The chain has accumulated nearly half a billion zlotys in losses
The Polish retail chain Natura, previously owned by the German fund Mutares, is being acquired by the Polish Capital Group Specjał. Mutares decided to sell the chain after facing financial difficulties, including significant losses totaling nearly half a billion PLN. Specjał aims to leverage its purchasing power and logistics to improve Natura's financial situation. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2026, pending regulatory approval.
