Drone struck a ship in the Black Sea. One person is dead, three are missing

Romanian maritime authorities reported a serious incident in the Black Sea involving the vessel Khoryv, which was in distress 13 nautical miles from Constanța. One body has been recovered and nine people rescued, while three remain missing. The ship had 13 individuals on board, including 10 Ukrainians and three Azerbaijanis. A large-scale search and rescue operation is underway, with reports suggesting the ship may have been struck by a drone. Romanian President Nicusor Dan described the incident as part of a Russian escalation in the region.
