"Dubai Papers": the trial time for a "large-scale tax fraud operation"

Hélin International, led by Prince Henri de Croÿ, is facing legal action for facilitating tax fraud and money laundering for French clients. The firm allegedly helped 322 taxpayers hide over 200 million euros using complex schemes involving offshore tax havens. The prosecution claims that the company organized a system to provide cash and prepaid anonymous cards to clients. Several associates, including lawyers and an accountant, are also implicated in the case. The investigation was significantly aided by a USB drive containing internal documents that exposed the firm's operations, previously reported by L’Obs as part of the "Dubaï Papers" scandal.
