Twice as many exhibitors at Vintage Design Market in Hasselt: "More people are looking for vintage design"

The Vintage Design Market in Hasselt has doubled its number of exhibitors compared to last year, attracting around 3,000 visitors. Organizer Kenneth Ramaekers noted a strong demand for expansion, increasing from 17 to 35 dealers. The relaxed atmosphere allows for personal interactions between exhibitors and visitors. The vintage sector is gaining popularity, driven by a growing interest in recycling and unique interior pieces post-COVID. While prices for vintage items can vary, many standholders believe they offer fair value for durable furniture compared to modern 'fast furniture'.
