Two hundred firefighters and three aerial means in Fornos de Algodres

A rural fire in Maceira, Fornos de Algodres, is being tackled by 191 firefighters and three aerial units. The fire, which started on Monday night, was reported around 10:00 AM on Tuesday. Although initially controlled, some flare-ups occurred later. The mayor noted that aerial support began at 9:00 AM and that ground resources were reinforced, particularly in brush and agricultural areas.
