Two soldiers died from poisoning. A 17-year-old was said to act on behalf of Russia
A 17-year-old girl was arrested for working under the orders of the FSB, packaging and sending drugs using fake sender details. She was promised a payment of at least 5,000 hryvnias for her tasks. The organizers contacted military personnel via Telegram, offering free drugs and encouraging them to consume capsules on camera, unaware they contained lethal doses of methadone. Police managed to identify additional recipients, preventing the poisoning of four soldiers. The girl faces up to 15 years in prison for aiding intentional murder and illegal drug trafficking. Authorities urged soldiers and their families to be cautious about accepting gifts or meeting unknown individuals.
