Ecobonus, unexpectedly there is a cut to the spending limits for fixtures, air conditioners, and awnings
A new spending cap for the ecobonus is introduced, reducing recoverable amounts for major works while fostering competition among energy efficiency technologies. The budget law reformulates the ecobonus rules, establishing a single spending limit of €96,000 per property unit or €40,000 for common areas in condominiums. This change simplifies the previously complex system of individual spending caps for various works. While minor projects remain largely unaffected, larger renovations may face competition among technologies, potentially limiting available funds for certain expenses. The government opted not to increase the ecobonus rate to 65%, maintaining the current rates of 50% for primary residences and 36% for others.
