The seizure affects his companies, including ARC Művészeti Szolgáltató Nonprofit Kft. and GRUND Productions Kft., co-owned with his wife. ARC has recorded assets worth 13.7 million HUF and was profitable last year after previous losses. GRUND Productions, established recently, reported a profit of 101 million HUF last year. Geszti clarified that the seizure was due to a single unpaid fine of 20,850 HUF, which he has since paid.
