A lawyer says it can be arranged to release Ádám Matolcsy within a month.

Braun Balázs, a lawyer, stated that Ádám Matolcsy could be extradited from the UAE within a month. An arrest warrant was issued for him, and he is currently in Dubai. Although there is no extradition treaty between Hungary and the UAE, a unique agreement could facilitate his return. The extradition depends on whether the alleged crime is punishable in both countries and is not politically motivated. Braun suggested that political pressure might expedite negotiations. If extradition fails, deportation to a country with an existing treaty could occur. Additionally, local authorities' cooperation would be needed to seize Matolcsy's assets in the UAE.
