Export of diesel fuel. Russia has made a decision

Russia has imposed a diesel export ban due to fuel shortages caused by Ukrainian attacks on its refineries. The ban is set to expire at the end of October. Following a phone call between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, an agreement for diesel supply was announced. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak reported that several tankers have already departed for export, with more expected soon. The government has lifted embargoes on certain companies and set export quotas, which may increase significantly in November if demand continues.
