It has been decided who the world's sexiest man is this year according to People.

Noah Wyle has been named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2026, expressing surprise at the honor. The 55-year-old actor, known for his role in ER, feels his family and friends will tease him about the title. His wife, Sara, encouraged him to pursue the title, believing it showcases his qualities as a person, father, and husband. Wyle's name has previously been mentioned for this title during the peak of ER in the 1990s, but George Clooney won it then. He follows last year's winner, Jonathan Bailey, and previous winners like John Krasinski and Patrick Dempsey.
