Glória Elevator. Fidelidade contests compensation amount

Fidelidade, the insurance company, has denied the compensation claim from the family of a victim of the Glória elevator accident, arguing that the risks were known and the suffering time was short. The criminal responsibility for the incident is currently being evaluated by the Public Prosecutor's Office.
