The car of the Bugatti CEO was stolen because he left the keys in the car - video

In Croatia, a remarkable car theft occurred when a thief walked into the Rimac factory and drove away with Mate Rimac's Bugatti Chiron, which had the keys inside. Rimac, who considers Croatia very safe, usually leaves keys in his cars. Despite the factory's security, parts of the premises are easily accessible, allowing the thief to access the hypercar. After the theft was discovered, police were notified, and the car's movements were tracked via telemetry. Rimac pursued the thief in a Porsche 911, who managed to reach Austria before being apprehended. The thief claimed he intended to apply for a job at the factory but took the car instead. Security footage captured the incident, and Rimac humorously vowed to never leave keys in his cars again.
