A manhunt has begun in Tennessee after a convicted murderer serving a life sentence escaped from prison over the fence.
Jacob Allen Morley escaped from a Tennessee prison by breaching the fence and stealing a car. He was serving a life sentence for murdering a colleague and was placed on the state's most wanted list with a $2,500 reward for information. Authorities are searching for him on land and in the air after he was reported missing during a headcount. This is not Morley's first escape attempt; he was previously arrested after a chase in 2022 for shooting his colleague. He has multiple convictions, including vandalism and evading arrest.
