Saudi company offers discounted oil to Europe

Saudi Aramco has resumed crude oil shipments to European buyers for October and November, offering some at a discount after reactivating the East-West pipeline. The company had previously informed European refineries that no crude would be delivered in October due to an attack that disrupted exports. With the pipeline operational again, Aramco is set to fulfill its contractual obligations for November, contributing to a decrease in crude prices in Europe.
