LIVE, war in Ukraine: the American envoy announces negotiations between Moscow and Kiev next week in Abu Dhabi, mediated by Washington

Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine are set for November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi, focusing on post-war security and humanitarian efforts. Recent Russian bombings in Zaporijia resulted in 26 deaths, while air defenses intercepted nearly 500 Ukrainian drones targeting Moscow. Additionally, a Russian strike on a Kharkiv hospital injured many and led to the evacuation of patients. A multinational military exercise involving 2,800 troops from ten countries will take place in Poland, aimed at enhancing operational readiness. The situation remains tense as Ukraine anticipates further Russian attacks, particularly on energy sectors.
