Local authorities, final signature for the 2025-2027 contract: increases in December and on the thirteenth month pay

The definitive signing of the national collective labor contract for local functions for 2025-2027 has been completed, affecting 403,617 employees in various local government entities. The agreement was signed by Aran President Antonio Naddeo and union representatives, following an initial agreement in July 2026. The contract will take effect immediately, with salary increases reflected in December paychecks and the thirteenth month salary. Minister Paolo Zangrillo emphasized the importance of local entities in public administration and the need to invest in their workforce.
