Entro domani le adesioni al concordato preventivo biennale

Tomorrow marks the deadline for taxpayers to join the agreement with the tax administration regarding advance payments for taxes and Irap for the next two years. Self-employed workers must formalize their participation in the biennial preventive concordat by submitting the necessary documentation. The previous version of this agreement raised about 1.6 billion euros, but there are concerns about lower participation this time. The government has introduced additional benefits to encourage adherence, including the cancellation of surcharges and a special amnesty for certain taxpayers. This amnesty applies to those who used specific tax assessments or declared exceptional circumstances from 2020 to 2023.
