Fernando Angleu, president of Gebalis, stated that the young widow evicted from a municipal house in Marvila was neither the contract holder nor a resident. He described the reports as a "gross error" and clarified that the eviction affected unauthorized occupants. The widow's partner, an 85-year-old man, was the one who had legal rights to the property. Angleu emphasized that the widow never lived there or proved her residency, and the eviction was lawful as it targeted unauthorized individuals.
