Europe beyond talks on Ukraine. "They can buy tickets"
A new round of trilateral talks involving Russia, the US, and Ukraine is set to be announced soon, according to Yuri Ushakov, an advisor to Vladimir Putin. The meeting will take place in Abu Dhabi, but no European countries will be invited to participate. Ushakov mentioned that while a date around November 10 was discussed, it has not been finalized. He emphasized that European representatives were not included in the negotiations, which are described as preliminary. Previous talks last year yielded no significant outcomes, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov indicated that there are no prospects for ending the war in Ukraine, suggesting an escalation of the conflict.
