Former KVDO director may no longer spread accusations about the club and board, court rules
A former director of KV Diksmuide Oostende is prohibited from publicly accusing the club and its board of illegal actions following a court ruling. He faces fines if he violates this order. After being dismissed earlier this month, he made serious allegations on social media and shared confidential club documents. Two board members filed a complaint against him for defamation. The court's decision also requires him to remove specific Facebook posts within 24 hours. This ruling marks the second time the court has sided with KVDO in this matter, previously rejecting his request for a provisional administrator due to lack of evidence for his claims.
