State surplus falls to 5.064 billion euros by September

The State's surplus decreased to 5.064 billion euros by September, down from 6.303 billion euros in the same period last year. This represents a reduction of over 1.230 billion euros, primarily due to a decline in the Central Administration's balance, which fell by 2.902 billion euros. The report from the Budgetary Entity highlights that the decrease was even more significant when excluding payments for settling SNS debts.
