This juice can prevent plaque formation

Recent research indicates that cranberry juice may help improve oral hygiene by reducing plaque growth. A study published in Scientific Reports found that proanthocyanidins in cranberries inhibit bacterial infections, including those that contribute to dental plaque. Participants tested three beverages: pure cranberry juice, a sweetened cranberry drink, and water, with results suggesting that pure cranberry juice may be more beneficial due to its higher proanthocyanidin content. However, the study was small and did not assess long-term effects on dental health.
