The Polish authorities have arrested 21 individuals, including 13 minors, involved in creating a counterfeit version of the mObywatel app, which generated fake identity documents. The operation, led by the Central Bureau of Cybercrime, included 27 searches and the seizure of over 30 devices. The minors confirmed purchasing the fraudulent software and assisted in promoting it online. Adult suspects face charges related to organized crime and document forgery. Further arrests are anticipated as the investigation continues.
