Fábio Paim accused of rape. Trial on November 18

Fábio Paim has been accused of raping a university student in Faro, with the trial set to begin on November 18. The incident allegedly occurred on April 20, 2023, when Paim forcibly entered a shared apartment and assaulted a 20-year-old woman. After confronting him, she was reportedly attacked and raped. Paim attempted to enter other rooms but was stopped by other residents. He was later identified through biological evidence found on the victim's clothing. This is not Paim's first legal issue; he has a previous conviction for drug trafficking and was once accused of rape in Lithuania but was acquitted.
