The motorcyclist crashed into a tree, the car that turned in front of him didn't stop at all
A driver in Uszód caused a serious accident while driving despite being banned from driving. He attempted to overtake a stationary vehicle without noticing a motorcyclist who was already overtaking. The motorcyclist swerved to avoid a collision, lost control, and crashed into a tree, sustaining serious injuries. The driver noticed the incident but left the scene without offering help. The Kecskemét District Prosecutor's Office reported that the driver had been banned from driving for six months a month prior to the accident. He is now facing charges for failing to assist, causing a traffic accident negligently, and driving while banned. The prosecutor has recommended a suspended prison sentence and an additional driving ban. The Kalocsa District Court will make the final decision.
