Fatal results of the notarial exam. Three out of four candidates failed.
Out of 612 candidates for the notarial exam, only 143 passed, with the highest pass rate in Poznań and the lowest in Kraków. The Ministry of Justice anticipates that the final results may improve after appeals are processed. The current pass rate stands at 25.4%, with recent reforms aimed at enhancing the training and examination process for notaries. The Ministry plans to introduce mandatory assessments during the notarial training to better prepare candidates for the exam. However, concerns remain regarding the lack of consequences for failing these assessments, which could impact candidates' motivation and preparation.
