The stock trading of Tiborcz István's business partner's company has been suspended
Bayer Construct Zrt. announced that the Budapest Stock Exchange suspended trading of its bonds due to a failure to report on debt repayments. The company, owned by Attila Balázs and associated with István Tiborcz, is undergoing bankruptcy proceedings after requesting protection in late summer. The firm participated in a bond program initiated by the Hungarian National Bank, committing to annual repayments starting in 2026. The exchange's rules required the company to inform about the repayment status, which it did not, leading to a violation of regulations.
