Fertility. Movement wants consultation between 20 and 35 years old

The +Fertility Movement urges the government to establish counseling consultations in health centers for individuals aged 20 to 35 and to set maximum response times for Assisted Reproductive Technology based on age. These proposals are part of 15 recommendations aimed at improving fertility care access, literacy, and work-life balance. The recommendations were released at the start of Fertility Week and highlight the need for better information and support for young people considering parenthood. Key suggestions include expanding fertility preservation access, financial support for treatments, and educational reforms on fertility issues. A recent study indicates that financial instability is a major reason for delaying parenthood among young people in Portugal.
