The film "Vindima" by Luís Galvão Teles premieres in Argentina

The film "Vindima," directed by Luís Galvão Teles, will have its world premiere at the Mar del Plata Film Festival in November. Adapted from Miguel Torga's novel, it portrays the struggles of poor workers during the 1950s in the Douro region. The film features a cast including Maria de Medeiros and Laura Dutra, and will also be part of the Tribeca Festival in Lisbon. The international competition includes another Portuguese-Brazilian co-production, "A Professora de Francês," directed by Ricardo Alves Jr.
