Sixteen selected participants will experience local culinary culture from February 9 to 19, 2027, with half in Helsinki and half in Tampere. Travel, accommodation, meals, and activities are covered by the organizers. The trip's destination remains a surprise until participation is confirmed. The highlight will be a dinner featuring a special tasting menu prepared by renowned chefs. Applications are open until November 10, requiring a short video response about dinner choices, shared on social media with a specific hashtag. Selected participants will be announced on December 1.
