Companies have a gap in preparing to fight the wage gap

Many Polish companies are preparing for the upcoming Equal Pay directive, but most are not fully ready. A survey revealed that while 95% of firms are aware of the directive, only half are actively analyzing pay gaps. The majority of companies have conducted job evaluations, yet only a small percentage have centralized pay data. As firms work to address pay disparities, many are implementing corrective pay increases. The trend towards transparency in job postings is also increasing, with more listings including salary ranges. Experts emphasize the importance of objective criteria in job evaluations to ensure fair pay practices.
