France organizes the 57th European Roller Hockey Championship

The 2027 European Roller Hockey Championship will take place in Vendée, France, marking the first time the country hosts this event. Portugal, the defending champion, has won the tournament 22 times, the most in history. France, recently crowned world champion, will host the event from August 28 to September 4, 2027, at Vendéspace, which can accommodate over 4,000 spectators. The tournament comes at a significant time for French roller hockey, following their gold medal win at the 2026 World Skate Games in Paraguay. Spain, England, and Italy follow Portugal in total titles won.
