If Poles had a second vote. Unusual CBOS survey, results surprise

A recent CBOS survey explored Polish voters' second choices in political parties, revealing surprising preferences. The New Left emerged as the most popular alternative, chosen by 17% of respondents, followed by Confederation at 12%. Notably, 20% of participants could not identify a second choice, indicating a lack of alternatives for some voters. Among supporters of the ruling coalition, the Civic Coalition was frequently cited as a second choice, particularly by New Left and PSL voters. Conversely, PiS supporters showed a preference for Development Plus and Confederation. The survey highlighted significant differences in alternative party preferences across various voter groups, with many expressing uncertainty about their second choices.
