Bought as a wreck, for sale as a protected gem: modernist Villa Roma in Leuven is for sale

Villa Roma, a modernist house in Leuven designed by Victor Broos, is up for sale after being restored by Michel Decq and Anita Leys. Originally bought in a dilapidated state, the family invested significant effort into its restoration, preserving its architectural value. Despite their emotional attachment, they are selling due to changing circumstances, hoping to find a new owner who appreciates its heritage.
