Greenvolt alienated two projects in Poland for €391.5 million

Greenvolt has agreed to sell two battery storage projects in Poland to A&R Investments for €391.5 million. The projects, Elk and Turosn Koscielna, have a total capacity of 400 MW and 1.6 GWh. The deal includes a fixed payment of €311.5 million and up to €80 million contingent on project authorization for grid services. Both projects are already constructed and have long-term revenue contracts starting in 2028. The transaction is part of Greenvolt's asset rotation strategy, aiming to reinvest in new projects while retaining some.
