Greenvolt sells two battery projects in Poland for 391.5 million

Greenvolt has agreed to sell two battery storage projects in Poland to A&R Investments for €391.5 million. The projects, totaling 400 MW capacity, are already constructed and will generate long-term revenue through contracts starting in 2028. The deal includes a fixed payment of €311.5 million and up to €80 million contingent on regulatory approvals. This sale aligns with Greenvolt's strategy to rotate capital by selling most developed projects and reinvesting in new ones. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, pending standard conditions.
