Grzegorz Braun faces charges. It concerns, among other things, an action at the hospital in Oleśnica
Grzegorz Braun, leader of the Confederation of the Polish Crown, faces six charges from the Wrocław prosecutor's office, including incidents at a hospital and public incitement to hatred. Four charges relate to his actions in April 2025 at the Powiatowy Zespół Szpitali in Oleśnica, where he attempted a citizen's arrest of Dr. Gizela Jagielska, who was performing legal abortions. Additionally, he is accused of inciting hatred online in December 2023 and vandalizing posters in Opole in March 2025. Braun has refused to provide explanations or sign documents regarding the charges. This marks the sixth attempt to present charges to him after he previously failed to appear for five summonses. His parliamentary immunity was lifted on November 13, 2025.
