A woman caused a fatal accident in Utah because she was watching porn on her phone while driving

A 44-year-old woman from California caused a fatal accident in Utah while watching pornography while driving. The incident, which occurred in June, is now going to court. She collided with the car in front, which then hit another vehicle. Chao admitted her responsibility to the responding officers. The driver of the front car suffered fatal head injuries. Authorities seized Chao's phone, revealing she was watching pornographic videos just before the crash. No skid marks were found at the scene, indicating she did not attempt to brake. Chao is currently out on bail.
