Halloween walk through the forest in Kampenhout postponed due to stormy weather: "Safety comes first"
The Halloween walk organized by the Samoerai jiu-jitsu club in Kampenhout has been postponed due to predicted strong winds and heavy rain. Safety concerns led to the decision to move the event to November 7. The club was prepared for a large turnout, with around 70 volunteers set to provide spooky acts along a 1.5-kilometer route through the woods. The organizers prioritized safety, noting that the path was already in poor condition and that the storm posed a significant risk. Tickets purchased for the original date remain valid for the new date, and additional tickets are available for sale.
