Moscow, Kyiv, and Washington may soon sit down at the negotiating table, but without the Europeans.

Upcoming trilateral talks involving Russia, the US, and Ukraine will take place in Abu Dhabi, excluding European nations. Yuri Usakov, an advisor to the Russian president, announced that no specific date has been set yet, despite Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's suggestion of November 10. Usakov confirmed that the participation of Europeans was not discussed during recent calls between Putin and European leaders.
