Fake emails are being sent in the name of the mayor of Miskolc

József Tóth-Szántai, the mayor of Miskolc, reported receiving alerts about unknown individuals sending emails in his name from fake addresses. He shared two fraudulent emails on Facebook, clarifying that he has no connection to their content. Tóth-Szántai emphasized that official communications from the Mayor's Office occur only through legally designated channels, using the official email address. He urged recipients of suspicious emails to refrain from responding, clicking links, or opening attachments.
