Balázs Hankó wants to cut his hair with his own hairdresser in prison

Hankó Balázs, the former cultural minister, requested that his personal hairdresser be allowed to cut his hair while incarcerated. The Bács-Kiskun County Prosecutor's Office confirmed the request is under review. However, it is uncommon for inmates to have personal beauty staff, as haircuts are typically provided by fellow inmates as part of basic care. Hankó is accused of embezzlement related to the distribution of funds from the National Cultural Fund, allegedly misusing over 17.3 billion HUF. His detention was extended, and he will spend Christmas in custody.
