Hankó Balázs's hairdresser cannot enter the prison to cut the former minister's hair

The prosecution rejected Balázs Hankó's request to have his personal hairdresser from Budapest cut his hair in prison. The decision is not final as Hankó can appeal. Upon his transfer to Kecskemét prison, Hankó made an unusual request for his own hairdresser to be allowed to cut his hair. The prosecution's decision aligns with the National Command of Penitentiary Services, which stated that haircuts are not a form of contact but a security-related internal service, and inmates do not have the option to use their own hairdressers.
