Harry Kane won the Ballon d'Or

Harry Kane won the Ballon d'Or this year, outperforming Kylian Mbappé and Lamine Yamal. The 33-year-old forward secured the German league title and cup, and achieved a bronze medal with the England national team at the World Cup. In his acceptance speech, he thanked Tottenham, despite never winning anything with them, attributing his success to his move to Bayern Munich. Mbappé finished second, Yamal third, and last year's winner Rodri came in fourth.
