The ruling against the architect of Hatvanpuszta has been annulled.

The Hungarian Chamber of Architects annulled the first-instance decision regarding Daniel Taraczky and ordered a new procedure. The complaint was filed by Akos Hadhazy in 2025, alleging the demolition of protected historical stables. Hadhazy provided aerial evidence showing that instead of renovations, the stables were completely demolished to make way for new constructions on the property.
