The state housing savings program is being relaunched, offering a 10% state subsidy for the first five years, capped at 120,000 HUF, and a 20% subsidy for the next five years, capped at 240,000 HUF. Participants must remain in the program for at least five years before using the savings for purchasing, renovating, or energy modernization of homes, as explained by András Kármán.
