Heineken will stop brewing Březňák beer in Ústecký, moving production elsewhere
Heineken will cease beer production at the Velké Březno brewery, relocating the Březňák brand to other facilities. This decision affects around 20 employees. The company aims to maintain the original recipe and production methods despite the transition. The move is a response to declining beer consumption and rising energy costs in the Czech market. Heineken remains the third-largest brewer in the Czech Republic, operating several other breweries.
